Evolver Returns and Exchange Policy
Restrictions on returns and credits may vary depending on the products and or services ordered.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, for a full credit towards your next purchase. If you have received an order, which is broken or damaged in shipping, we will provide a full refund or replacement upon your notification. *In cases where an order has been received damaged, please follow the instructions below:
In order to complete the return, please complete the following information below: • Your Name • Order Number • Product Name • Reason for Return/Exchange
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization number and the address to where the Evolver product should be returned. We will pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the item is damaged or defective. All products must be returned with their original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges: Contact us at, email@example.com with the following information: what you ordered, when you ordered it, your order number, and which product you'd like in exchange. We will then confirm with the supplier that the new item is in stock and will provide you with follow up information on returning the product. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

You will receive an exchange for art prints if and only if they arrived damaged or broken. In order to receive an exchange, you must notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the print, and provide pictures of the damage immediately after receipt of the ordered print. If this is the case, you may either pick a new Art Print of equal or greater value from the gallery, or receive a new print of the work originally ordered. Otherwise, all art prints are FINAL SALE.
Cancellation Policy Evolver reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If Evolver cancels a program, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) up to eight days before the Conference begins.
Nonrefundable credit toward a future Evolver Conference (less a $50 processing fee) is available if you give notice between seven and one day(s) before the Conference begins. Credit may be applied to any Evolver Conference or for one year following date of issue.
No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend the conference and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.
RETREATS Evolver is not responsible for circumstances outside of our control, including, but not limited to, flight changes and or cancellations, transportation to and from the Retreat location, weather interruptions or hotel availability and bookings prior to or following the Evolver Retreat.
When you register for an Evolver Retreat, you will be required to submit a deposit. The amount of the deposit may vary for each retreat. The deposit amount will be applied towards the total cost of the Evolver Retreat. You are responsible for arranging and paying for all air travel, hotel accommodations outside of the Retreat stay, and all personal expenses.
After a certain agreed upon date, your deposit is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the Evolver retreat or need to cancel, you must do so at least 7 days before the arrival date in order to avoid having to pay the full cost of the retreat. Please see the specific details for the retreat that you are interested in prior to booking your getaway.
